Uniden 9135 How can I hear the sound of my mobile phone, answered with the landline handset? (I have managed to successfully pair my mobile device - a Nokia N97 - with the landline handset, and can answer, but the sound remains on my mobile and does not transfer to my landline handset). Can anyone help please? Cheers, Jo

SOURCE: uniden 6.0 with 2 handsets

Unplugged all telephones but one and still had trouble so I called Verizon. They discovered it was an incoming line that was malfunctioning. However, the Uniden telephone system still does not work and since it is still under warranty I will contact them.
To continue the solution of my telephone problem - It was discovered that the incoming line was indis repair. After it was repaired, I again set up my Uniden telephone system. It works with no problem. The word "searching"still appears on the face of the units, but it can be overcome with normal activity on the units.

SOURCE: two sets Uniden phones with base, second handset: incompatible?

I had the same problem with a Uniden 3355 handset and 2355 base. With the new handset I pressed "Menu" and selected "System Reset". I then Selected "Deregister HS" and followed the prompts.
Once this was complete, I returned to "System Reset" and selected "Replacing Base". Following the prompts, when it said "Register Handset" I put it in the base of the 2355, and within a minute it had registered, so both handsets used the base of the 2355!

SOURCE: can not able to answer any incoming call

if you suspect the problem is with your device, then reset the phone by following the instructions given in the instruction book which came along with your phone..if it still doesnt work then check the connectivity by connecting some other phone(friend's phone) with your landline cable.if the new phone is also not able to receive calls then contact ur service provider..but if the friend's phone works with your land line connection then pls report again

How to dial a number on Xdect8355

If you want to make a call using the landline, first make sure that the phone is in standby and not ringing with an incoming call. Press Speaker or Home/Flash on the handset. (Both are on the left side of the handset; the speaker key is closer to the LCD screen.) Alternatively, press Home/Speakerphone on the base. Then dial the number, including the area code as needed. When you use the Speaker key, the entire call will be on the speakerphone. When done with the call press End/Clear (on the right side of the arrow keys, opposite the Home/Flash key).

This is described in the manual as the features of the keys on the base and the handset are described. The manual is available on the product page: https://www.uniden.com.au/product/xdect-8355-2/ . The current link to the manual is https://www.uniden.com.au/wp-content/uploads/OM_XDECT_8355.pdf .

I hope this helps.

(If you have paired the Uniden XDECT 8355 to a cell phone and want to use that line. Press the Mobile button then dial. (On the base, it's Mobile/Speakerphone. If you have paired the phone to two cell phones, you will be prompted to indicate which mobile device you want to use for the out-going call.)

I have a Uniden DECT 3216 and want to divert calls to my mobile after hours. Is this possible please?

It is a landline phone ?
Divert on no answer to the mobile number using easy call codes into the landline. code should be *61{mobile phone number}#
dial into uniden phone when dial tone heard like when phone is in talk / dial mode ready to make a call
dial #61# if you wish to turn it off
https://www.telstra.com.au/help/download/document/home-features-user-guide-c020.pdf
This is telstra's codes but your phone provider will have control codes that may be even the same as the
telstra codes

you may want immediate call forward this is *21{number of phone}# then #21# to turn it off

Phone rings once, but then stops ringing and I can't answer the call

If you have a landline, most likely you have a short in it. Not enough to kill line, but, when the 90 volts a.c. comes in to ring it jumps short. The short answers the phone.. It doesn't stop out going but can cause static. Check the line at the box outside. if bad there call your phone company, if good there, trouble is in house

My mic doesn't work; callers can't hear me

I don't have the answer but have the same problem. Uniden tech support had me disconnect power, etc. to no avail. Next solution was "replace the unit". I'm looking for a two-line phone with no answering device - use voice mail. Any ideas?

HELP....

Well my user manual for HBM-550 says:

Prior to using the Headset for the first time, you must pair it with a Bluetooth enabled handset.
With the HBM-550 off, press and hold the Pwr/End button for 5 seconds,
You will hear two short beeps and the LED indicator will flicker in red and blue alternately, when the divice enters Paring Mode.

Using your Handset, find the Bluetooth Menu and "search for" or "add" new devices.
Select "LG HBM-550" from the list of devices and pair it with your handset.
When asked for the pass/PIN code during the paring procedure, please enter "0000" (4zeros).
Once paring has completed successfully, you will hear a beep.
After paring successfully, be sure to "Connect" to the HBM-550.
If you want to pair with other devices in the future, the headset must be placed in pairing Mode.
If the HBM 550 is in "Paring Mode" for 3 minutes, without being paired to a device, the Headset will automatically turn off.
