I have a bernette 65 and its a fairly new machine. I only used it a few times. I just rethreaded the machine and was doing a test run and the needle kept jamming, and it broke. i replaced the needle, and when i turn the wheel to raise and lower the needle, it seems to be ok until i raise the needle all the way, when i bring it back down the bobbin does not turn and the needle hits the plastic, its not rotating for the needle to catch. i thredted the bobbin a few times and its just not rotating properly. the first stitch i sewed pulled a chunk of thread through. i have no idea what i'm doing wrong, i've never had this problem before.

Only now the bobbin holder is jumping out of place. I belive the bobbin holder is now broken and needs to be replaced. This is my second machine. The first was returned and I was given the floor model. It is not any better.
