How do I flash a D-Link WBR-2310

I get an IP from the router and I can ping 192.168.0.1 but I'm unable to execute the setup screen. I have a .bin file to re-flash but I don't have and cannot find a "flash utility".

You normally have to use the router's web user interface, then find the upgrade feature, which will prompt for the file. But if you cannot get to the web user interface of the router, then you may be out of luck for upgrading the firmware,

SOURCE: Unable to access DLink WBR 2310 Configuration page

Reset the router first, press the reset pinhole on the back for 10 seconds using a paper clip, don't press it too much or it will mess up the settings of the router. then try to access again the configuration page.

Hold reset button in the back of the router. If that doesn't fully reset it, unplug it, hold the reset button for about 10seconds and plug it back it with the reset button held in for a further 5-10 seconds, release. Then should be back to factory settings.
