I have files that are MP4 and and under the Media Usage rights folder it states missing media usage rights.
That will be fine with a Video converter,have a look at this page for further information.
I have used this video converter to convert videos to the formats I need for long,that is really a good one.

Open up your windows media player and click on the sync tab..your device should be listed there..and also it will show you all the songs you have in there...or you can just format the whole player..formatting will erase everything in that player...

I have a e250 and it works great with my laptop which is running window vista. One thing i do remember missing with is the usb setting on the mp3 player. Maybe you can try switching between the usb opinions to see if that will fix your problem. the usb setting screen is under "setting", "usb mode".

The file has been set to read-only - you will have to right-click the song(s) affected and change that property.
