If you are using the built-in on motherboard sound card (vs. a 3rd party add-on card) the sound drivers will be on the website of the motherboard manufacture.
Here are all the drivers. NVIDIA
Chipset Driver (LAN,SataIDE,RAID,SMBus,SMU,GPU): http://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles%5CDriver/Chipset/Chipset_NVIDA_14.0.0.162_Vistax86_A.zip?acerid=633645757827509812&Step1=Desktop&Step2=Aspire&Step3=Aspire%20X1200&OS=V10&LC=en&BC=Acer&SC=PA_7
Im guessing u have an Acer pc, do u know which model is it? we need it to look for the correct driver.
Did u formated ur pc at any time? maybe thats why u dont have that program.
I think the virus was not yet deleted in your system and the virus are blocking some of the drivers in your computer, format your computer in normal way. And try re-installing it.
take the side of the computer off and look for the model number on your motherboard. you need to know if your using a network card or if its onboard Lan. if everything you need is onboard all you need to do is search your motherboard number on the internet and download the drivers. you need can select what you need, sound, lan etc. your goning to have to use a friends pc so you can download these files. when your Lan is installed go to the microsoft webpage and get the latest updates, that will solve the usb in your device manager
i hope u re install your operating system,
after the re installation u did not install the drivers that is the reson, best way u buy an ethernet card and try to get net connection and down load the drivers from dell.com ,then remove the card ,thats it.
My problem was with the T180 was the VGA support under XP. Reinstalling the Chipset drivers fixed that - audio and ethernet still broken but I'm using a wireless adapter for networking and I have separate sound care for sound - but anyway the link is:
