i just got the hs-3245 video mp3 player for christmas and i cant figure out for the life of me how to put my music on it can anyone please help me with this p.s. it is the 8gbcm thank you

How can I open my mp3 player HS-3245

at the bottom of the player if you look closely in between the metal strip going around the whole player and the back of the mp3 there are little slits stick your nails in that and gently start opening it all the way up the sides.

if it didnt come with a cd, you can download it at the hipstreet down loads site on their web page, it'll guide you from there

I recently just bought a HS-3245-8gb MP3 player. I plugged it in, synched music to my player. I unplugged it and turned it off and now it won't turn back on. Any ideas?

should be a main power switch beside botton
