The Right front speaker is low in volume. All the other speakers seems to work properly. Please help
Ok I was the person who posted the problem, let me elaborate the problem on the Yamaha RXV 350;
If i connect any speaker to the front right channel it does not work.
If I do a automated speaker check on the Yamaha, only the right front speaker does not work
If i bring up the volume to highest level, I can faintly hear the volume out of the right channel
Adding on again: I have interchanged speakers, if i connect any speaker on the right front channel it will not work. When I do a automated speaker test only right front channel does work.

Hey, yeah that can be frustrating.
When you turn it up do you hear the relay or a clicking sound, then you turn it on and it comes back below the +2db?
Try unplugging All the speaker wires from the unit. Turn on the unit and listen for the click.
after the click, turn it up past the 2+ db mark and see if you hear it click or shut down. If it did not click off, then suspect a shorted crossover on one of your speakers.
2nd test is to plug in One speaker, and test it at high volume, it will not harm it. If it shuts off disconnect that speaker and try another. Only one at a time.
If it works at high volume, you need to isolate one of your speakers and i bet it has a shorted crossover that has been cooked. P.S. If one is bad, suspect they will fail at a later date.
If they all fail, use a friends speaker and try it before sending it to a repair shop.
P.S. i found one on ebay i think you can get for under $100 bucks in the box.

As simple as this sounds, try hitting the speaker a/b button on the front of the unit, next to the headphone jack. I had the same problem, and was about to package the whole thing back up and go back to Best Buy when I hit this button and then the audio test worked.
SOURCE: The subwoofer is not working on our Bose 5.1 surround speakers.
First of all you should never indicate speakers as Large unless they can produce below 20Hz (which is very low), otherwise always set your speakers to Small.
Second, did you also indicate in teh setupmenu that you have a subwoofer? Because if all speakers are set to Large some receivers will omit a subwoofer because Large indicates the speakers can reproduce all sounds even below 20Hz.
So walk through your setup menu, say YES when the sub (SFW) is asked for and that should do the trick.
SOURCE: Center and surround speakers work, but front right and front left speakers do not put out any sound
On the front panel there is a sp a/b/off. I had to select b for my front two speakers to work.
