Drawer jammed when CD was loading into CDR20 on A side when making a recording. Likely CD was not seated flat in drawer. After removal of CD the drawer was manually pressed shut. Next time open drawer button was pushed display toggled back and forth between open and shut and then ERROR message came on. Drawer does not open up automatically at this point. After pressing open drawer button ERROR message comes on and drawer remains closed.
If job prints from the wrong tray or on the wrong paper or specialty media, this is an indication that the operator panel menu settings do not match the media loaded in the tray.
Make sure the Paper Size and Paper Type specified in the printer driver match the paper size and type in the tray.

I am on my 3rd harman-kardon CDR2 unit- and always the same problem arises; one of the cd doors eventually jam rendering the unit useless for me. I prefer stand alone units and HK reproduces well (sound quality-wise) but this damn flaw is so upsetting. Also stand alone cdrs are harder to find as they are being phased out of the industry. Any suggestions on how to fix tray-jams?\
