SOURCE: can't find the wireless antenna on my msi u100 series laptop

Not really sure what you are expecting. The wireless antenna is within the computer--you won't see it.
What you will need to do is to turn the wireless networking on. This is done in some computers with a small switch on the case (in this case, there is usually a light that comes on when you turn the switch on). In other cases, you will have to use the Fn key plus one of the special function keys at the top of the unit (has a picture representing a wireless connection on it--possibly something like an antenna).
If this fails, go into your network connections and see if the wireless connection is actually turned on. If you have Vista, this is sorta easy as you click on "connect to" and then choose "wireless network"

I have an msi laptop and the wireless capability is turned off. I've read most solutions on the internet and nothing is working. There is no switch on my laptop and no fn button combinations work. help!

Check the "Device Manager". Right click on "My Computer" or "Computer", click properties. The System Properties window will come up, go to "Hardware" then click the "Device Manager" button. Check "Network Adapater " if the wireless network adapter is enabled. A red "X" usually appears at the top of the network adapter if it is disabled, if so right click then "Enable"
