SOURCE: I just bought a SVP

Hi Kim,

It should be a sliding door on the bottom of the camera.

SVP is not that great for support. They list the camera as one of their new products, but don't list it in the download section for a manual.

If you still cannot get the batteries in, here is the contact page to email them and ask them for the manual, either a physical one or digital.

Thanks for using Fixya.

My Thompson WHP3001BK Wireless Headphones not showing on my Bluetooth phone?

I wrote this tip a few years ago. You have to press the Bluetooth connect button on the headphones for it to reach out to the phone whilst the phone is in Searching mode.
Pairing Bluetooth Devices
Posters often ask "How do I pair my Bluetooth ???" Insert whatever device you have at the question marks.

Generally, you need to read the instructions for the camera, headset, speakers or whatever the Bluetooth device is.

Roughly speaking though.

Settings - Bluetooth - Search, on the Android, iPhone, Windows phone whatever.

With camera, speaker, headphones or whatever the Bluetooth device is, you have to press a button on that device to send out the signal. On my Bowers and Wilkins T6 Speakers, there is a button on the top with the Bluetooth symbol on it. This is the part people usually don't do and ask for advice, thinking it will do this automatically.

When the Android device recognizes it, click Pair, and if it asks for a code, the Default is '0000', (four zeros, no quotes).

I have Thomson WHP3001BK wireless earphones.( purchased for me ) AND Bose TV sound system will the earphones cut out the sound for other TV watchers.

Hi Anonymous, you are surely taking the signal for your wireless headphones, from the headphone output of your Bose sound system
This usually cuts the sound in the external speakers
Try to find another type of audio output for your headphones
Comment on what Bose system you have, so I would try to find a better solution
I hope you comment

The green charging light is not coming on when the headset is placed on the charging station

Wait to see if it gets a charge on the port. If the headphones don't work, call customer service for troubleshooting relief.

Difficult to open battery pocket in Maxell's HP/NC-IV head phones

Put both thumbs in the indentations on the LEFT headphone cup and pull down.  Hard.
The silver "Maxell" oval (along with the lower third of the headphone cup cover) will come off, revealing the two AAA batteries.

Had same problem. Try pressing the heel of your hand on the battery compartment lid and rotate. Worked for me.
