We moved the bike for a party and lost the power cable when we put it back to use again. We bought a new power cable from another supplier but when we plugged it in there is no power to it. We have also now bought another Tunturi power cable but still not turning on. Is there anything simple we can check - have the electrics blown or something come undone? It worked perfectly before.
Verify the power cord end is the correct size and polarity. It should be marked on supply and should be marked on the housing near where it plugs in. If those are correct, check the fuse inside.

Solution:
press and HOLD the button that says display above it and Reset below it untill you see the normal start up Screen and yoru good to go!

E1 error code : Unplug unit remove motor shroud and check the distance between the speed sensor and the flywheel and ensure that the speed sensor is properly attached to the motor frame. Check also speed sensor connections.
Unplug the electrical cord from the wall outlet and from the treadmill, wait 1 minute and turn the power switch on again. If treadmill recovers to normal operation, you may continue to use the treadmill.
Check the motor brushes either they worn or not sitting properly
