try changing your keyboard it might be shutting down because of a keyboard error and it seems like your caps lock is acting up a bit i would suggest to try cleaning it first and seeing what you could do about that. If you can log into bios possibly you might be able to turn of the keyboard error check hope this helps

It is the Hard drive on the system. Hard Drive is failing. Another Error code for the Hard Drive is Error Code 7. Check BIOS setup if the system still detects the Hard Drive as well. You may want to consider changing the Hard Drive on the system.

That blinking cursor is the way in which the BIOS is telling you that Windows is missing - its most critical, core files have been corrupted beyond repair. The only thing you can do is to reinstall using the recovery cd or your own Windows install disk.

23 blinks on the lock light for latitude 2120

I am assuming you are refering to a Dell laprop, if so, that means the GPU has failed or the RAM has been dislodged/faulty.

When I turn on dell latitude 2120, it keeps going to the loading screen, and then blinking, and repeating

it could be a ram problem.. can you start over and describe why you went into safe mode? try and boot from the OS cd and use recovery console to fix the issue.

My inspiron 1525 won't boot, the scroll light and caps lock blink

Remove 1 stick of ram and turn on, if no! take out the second one and put back the first, and power on, if okay you know the 1 stick is bad. Remove main battery and power on, "long shot" if no change chances are it is a motherboard issue.

What is the A (Lock) blinking light on the computer when you press the 'ON' button?

The A lock light usually corresponds to your caps lock being on. Try to toggle it on and off after the computer boots all the way up. Caps lock button should be on the very left side of keyboard about half way up the keys.
