Not much to go on. I hear a lot about white screens, but don't know what it looks like. Cold be the LED's on the back are lightning and no info is send to the screen. Did you try to change the settings? sometimes the screen is switched off, to save power. (press the display button several times or look in the menu)
If you take a picture, do you get an image on the memory card? Perhaps you only can see it on the PC.
If you don't get an image (or just a white image) your sensor could be damaged.
The camera is writing to the memory card during that process. Upgrading to a faster SD card may help solve your problem.
SD card prices have dropped dramatically. Unfortunately the very low price cards that you see these days also have very slow write speeds. It's the tradeoff that you will have to accept with these cards.

I can take perfect pictures indisde a building, but taking a picture outside, I can see the item but if I take the picture and looking at the picture the screen turns blank, seems to me that there is to much light exposure.
Usually it's an lcd burn out where the screen needs replacement. Check the display button if it's just blank then press it to see if it comes on. As far as your friends white screen it not feasible to repair. A good thing to get on any digital equipment is an extended warranty. It does save you in the end when something goes wrong. The limited manufacture warranties are a joke. You should never rely on them.
Sounds like your camera was dropped and the LCD was damaged. The white screen you see is typical for a defective LCD screen. The only way to repair the camera is to replace the bad part with a known good one.
One solution would be to buy a defective camera online that has a good LCD screen and swap them out.
The Display button manually turns the LCD display on or off to save batteries. If you accidentally had turned the LCD off, It should only take one press of the button to turn it back on and leave it that way. As such, it's not you but the camera. The A570 IS is relatively new. Your camera is likely still under warranty. If so, contact Canon for warranty repair (see the following link):
