Copying contacts to sim card

THE EASIEST WAY IS TO SAVE ALL YOUR OLD CONTACTS AND INFOMATION TO YOUR SIMS CARD AND PUT THAT CARD IN YOUR NEW PHONE..(OLD PHONE)...GO TO CONTACTS...SELECT CONTACT SETTINGS...SAVE TO SIMS CARD, (NEW PHONE)...SELECT SAVE TO PHONE, OR JUST CONTINUE TO USE THE SAME (OLD) SIMS CARD!

AS TO REGISTERING...YOU WILL NEED TO GO-ONLINE...IF YOU DON'T HAVE INFO ON PHONE ON HOW TO REGISTER...THAN DO A WEB SEARCH... ENTER MANUFACTURER AND MODEL NUMBER, YOU'LL FIND THE SITE TO REGISTER YOUR PHONE.

Not exactly. The juno doesn't have a sim card. It's a cdma phone. Those do not have sim cards.

What you can do is the time consuming but reliable method.

Email. Harness the power of the email. Email your pics to yourself. Get on your juno and download them to your phone.

And. you'll have a back up copy of them in the email incase something happens to the phone

If you are using outlook sync then you may need to check the compatibility of your phone whether it supports outlook. If you have the contacts on another phone , simple go to the contact settings copy the contacts to your sim card , insert the sim card to your nokia phone go to the settings and copy contacts from sim to phone. Make sure to change the contact display view to Phone if you have copied the contacts.

open sim directory....
again options ,...
mark all .....
options ......
copy to phone.

Problem can be solved.

Go to the menu of the phone, you will see contact menu, click on it and scroll down you will see settings, click on it and scroll you will see copy from phone to Sim card, click on it and it will ask if you want to copy one by one or copy all.

If you wan to copy all click or if you want to copy one by one you can click. i think that will help.

try to get the screen fixed and you'll get all your contacts intact. or put your sim in another phone to read the contacts on the sim. the you can plug your phone to the conputer through the usb and copy your contacts to the computer.

You do one thing. First copy all the messagesyou have in the memory in a place. Then randomly delete all from the old phone. I'm sorry Sir, but messages can't be copied into the sim memory. Sim memory can only hold contacts ( that also to a limited extent ).

To copy a phone, fax, or pager number from contacts to your SIM card, scroll to
the contact you want to copy, and select Options > Copy > To SIM directory.

ive had the same problem, and i dont think its possible. im pretty sure you have to copy them one by one.

I assume that if you cannot remember your password or pin and have got to this point, then you may not have any other options and will lose any contacts, music, pictures and anything that you had saved on your phone, this will not effect your memory card (If you have one inserted, or your SIM card (Which should NOT be inserted during the reset anyway.)

WARNING!!!!!!!! This will reset your phone back to the factory settings.

( Remove the battery and take the sim card out. Power-up the phone, you will see the insert SIM screen. Type in *2767*3855# like you are making a call, press send.
After you enter the code it will take a few seconds ( you should get text saying not to do anything and that it will reset when its done. ) The phone will automatically restart. Shut the phone back off, then put your SIM card back in and power your phone back on. That's it, your done.)

Remember that it WILL DELETE EVERYTHING off of your phone, so i HIGHLY recommend after the reset and for future purposes that you save everything off of your phone and upload ALL your contacts to your SIM or memory card. to do that:
COPY Phone to SIM:
1. open up the address book
2. options
3. OPTION 13: COPY TO SIM ..or.. OPTION 14: MOVE TO SIM
(NOTE: OPTION 13: COPY TO SIM will produce multiple copies, showing PHONE and SIM contacts (both be displayed in your address book list.) To fix this: you will have to open the address book settings, "View Contacts from" : SIM or Phone.)

COPY Phone to Memory Card:
1. open up "My Stuff"
2. options
3. option 4: copy folder
4. Copy to: Memory Card
