The screen is broken. I have replaced many components and I am up to the task I just want to know where to expect the bezels to break and some tips from someone that has done this before.

It's difficult to say but you will need to remove the underside screws and also maybe even the keyboard as it's often attached to the base. The cmos battery could also be behind the screen. Comment by sandrew, posted on Nov 12, 2006 I'm sorry but I dont have any personal experiences with your particular laptop, but the lcd's are generally held in with 1 screw in each corner normally covered by a rubber bung hiding the screws, I would be very carefull not to disconnect any wires behind the screen, if yor not sure take it to a qualified repairer. You will probably have to remove the top panel just below the hinges as they may be held in underneath
