If you have reset the machine as described & then re--inserted the same toner cartridge giving you the same error code then I would suspect the CRUM chip that is installed on the toner cartridge is faulty.
If your machine is under a maintenance contract which includes the provision of toner then contact your service provider & they should replace it F.O.C. If you have purchased it yourself then contact the supplier advising them of a faulty cartridge. If you replace the toner with a new one, you must reset the machine as above before you insert the new toner.

F2-00, ID pattern reading error.
For some reason and it may just require cleaning and recalibration, but the IMAGE DENSITY pattern is not being read properly.
It may need new developer, the drum may need to be.replaced.
First and foremost it should be cleaned, Optics coronas and machine cavity.
WHEN THE SHARP AR-5316 PHOTOCOPIER IS SWITCHED ON THE ERROR CODE 4H APPEARSAND THE MACHINE CANNOT BE OPERATED. IHAVE TRIED THE SOLUTION SUGGESTED JUNE THIS YEAR BUT IT DID NOT WORK. WHAT CAN I DO TO GET THE MACHINE TO WORK? IT IS VERY URGENT.
