Problem's simple: what's ERROR 3 ??????

Janie, you didn't mention what brand BP Monitor you have. But, if you have a Walgreens - HoMedics Wrist Monitor, the E3 indicates Error determining measurement data. In which case you should measure again. This particular error can be caused by movement of the arm, hand or wrist during the testing function. So, remain very still and keep you arm/wrist at heart level until the testing is completed and the cuff deflates.

Hope this helped you. If you have the Model I listed above and this continues to occur, contact HoMedics Customer Support 800-466-3342

Neither of the cuffs on the Homedics S18729 Ultra-Deluxe Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor work. They do not fit well around my arm and constantly slip while inflating. I don't know if it is a design flaw...

Robert, I'm not sure that the cuffs would be interchangeable. But, I suspect the problem you're having with the cuff is operator error. Speaking from experience, it's somewhat difficult at best, to apply and arm cuff to yourself. It does take some practice, but if you can get the cuff snugly in place, it should inflate properly. If you want to pursue with interchanging the cuff, contact HoMedics at 800-469-3342, to see if it's possible. Perhaps, you should get a BP Monitor that has a wrist cuff. They're a lot easier to apply and use.

My wrist cuff monitor seems to be reading low. Is there a way to get it checked or calibrated?

The next time you go to your doctor, take the wrist cuff monitor with you. As they always do, the nurse or doctor will check you vital signs. After they do that and they've told you what your blood pressure and pulse readings are, correctly place the cuff monitor on your wrist and check you BP and Pulse with it. Compare the reading from the cuff monitor to what your doctor got. If it's within a few points, it's no big deal. If it's way off, than there's a problem with the cuff.

Remember, whenever using a cuff monitor, always keep your wrist at heart level for the most accurate reading. Once it's activated, remain completely still and don't move your wrist, until it has finished cycling.

SOFTWARE PROBLEM DURING PUMP FUNCNTION SO MANY ERROR I WANT UREGENT SERVICE PLESE CONTACT NO. & ADD. SERVICE CENTER IN AHMEDABAD

What brand of BP Monitor?

Is this a personal BP monitor?
Or is it a hospital BP monitor?

Well.. you have to check the cuff to see if it's OK. Most of the errors are because of the cuff which has a balloon inside the cuff.

It depends on your model.

On some models you can take off the cuff line. Check if there is air coming out from the BP machine. If there ir air, it must be probably the cuff.

If both the cuff and machine is OK, then the problem must be the machine calibration.

Is it electronic or manual BP?

Hope it helped.

God Bless You!

What does it mean when you get a reading then 3 consecutive readings say EE

What is the pattern of the EE? If the two E's are on the same line, then you didn't inflate the cuff to a sufficient pressure. (Wait 2-3 minutes before trying again and then inflate the cuff to 40 mmHg higher than the previous attempt.)

If the Es are arranged vertically, then you overinflated the cuff. Any [ressure above 300 mmHg is beyond the range that this bp monitor can handle. If you reached this point by getting several underinflation alerts, ask your medical professional to test your bp and recommend the starting inflation level that you need.

Make sure that you have the cuff on properly. You may need to consider a different bp pressure cuff size to get an accurate reading.

I hope this.
