I thought the reason was the bulb. I just replaced the old one, still same problem. When you press the power button. The fan turns on power button blinks green continueously for about 1 minute. Then the power light turns red and blinks until cool off of bulb.

There is an additional problem,

if the bulb had been replaced by a technician, call them back and ask for additional support, since they did not fix the problem.

If you replaced the bulb yourself, then you may have not placed the lamp in the right way, or the bulb was not the problem.

Remove the bulb and put it back in place, leave the unit unplugged one hour, to drain power and to reset.

If the bulb is fine, then it can be some other problem , a defective power board, a problem on the main board, or the small high power board that is energizing the lamp.

TV won't power on

Sounds like the bulb is not firing. I have the 44 inch model. Like it too. It is normal for the power indicator to blink for a minute or two AFTER the set has been turned off from running. get a phillips or panasonic TY-LA1000 bulb or a P22H 120 watt one if you can remove the old one from the housing (not very hard to do).

Blink on standby green after awhile then blink red

The blinking green light signals that the inverter board is charging the bulb. If the blinking goes to red it means that this process has failed because either the inverter board is not full operational or the bulb itself has failed.
Most likely you will have to replace the bulb - here it is

If this doesn't fix it then you will have to check the inverter and power boards and replace the failing one.
Here is the ballast/inverter

Here is the power board
