I can't configure or access my flexijack on Creative Labs Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Pro Series Sound Card

I have a Creative Labs Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Pro Series Sound Card and my mic won't work. I have the latest drivers. I can not access anything that will let me configure the flexijack to accept mic input. Tech support at creative is horrible.

Check first audio properties, in control panel.

On windows the mic is disabled by default, you need to manually enable audio in, either from control panel, or from audio card mixer.

Well the ports on the card could be shot and the card might have been installed by a person with a static charge built on thier hands without them knowing, which can cause the card's electronics to fry and be ALMOST completely disabled. try using a different mic or taking the card out and re-installing it.

Is my Soundcards THX True studio pro compatible?

Hello you can find the info here:

http://us.store.creative.com/Creative-Sound-Blaster-XFi-Titanium-PCI/M/B001E25KDK.htm

As far as i can see it only have 5.1 surround sound.
And no thx certification.
A THX certified card is more expencive.
The games you play, must also have the thx logo, and must be encoded with the thx sound system.
A thx system is 7,1, and the speakers must also have the certification.

Here are the gigabyte homepage:

http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3960#dl

The onboard sound card is 2 channel stereo.

Hope this was helpfull

I cant find my main board audio drivers

the best thing to do is use the creative auto update system
about midway down the screen is a button the use auto update
you need to use Internet Explorer to install the auto update option.
this is the best way to maintain creative audio drivers.
