Time warner remote code for trutech tv

I am in the same boat and i read that universal remotes dont work with the tv

I have the same problem as well. I bought 3 different remotes and not one will work with the tv. Although all 3 gave Trutech codes (1116, 1504, and 1713).

go to mr.remotes.com and look for tv type and look for your tv's code {on back of tv} and you can buy a new one

for my tru-tech i used the auto code finder on the Fios remote instructions it didn t take very long, I can t say the same for my memorex tv though.
