Black screen how come my screen is black but the lights on the key pad is on my screen light wont come on can you help it just went blank when battery went low i was putting another battery in and the screen went black but the key pad light up

Look at the website shopjimmy.com. They have trouble shooting videos to determine if it's power supply, led driver, led strip, or t con board.

There is most likely worn wiring from your control pad to your screen or you have a burned out screen. This really is not much different from a lap top in this sense and should be fixable if you can find a new screen to put on it.

Try doing a hard reset of ur phone. That will fix the software issues in ur mobile and bring ur phone back to normalcy

maybe ur w380i flex is damaged. (i.e. the ribbon connecting ur lcd to the board) try replacing it.

Then, you need 2 get a new phone.

my lg's camera started to turn my phone off, i do tech work for a wireless company and when i was trouble shooting my own phone as a test i went to my camera and my screen went blank! i tryed every thing, but the master reset. because my screen is blank i need to know the number i will have to enter to get it reset from the key pad.

replaced the flexcable on the phone to have it fix

The N70 goes brighter or dimmer according to the light in its surroundings. It's normal.
Also the key pad light come on automatically.
You can check this by putting your finger on the tiny square at the top left corner next to N70.

m8 sounds like your screen is faulty or your ribbon has been damaged in some way.to fix it you will need to open it and have a look at the ribbon if there is any damage vissible no matter how small it means ur ribbon is gone an you need a new 1.it could also be your screen if there isnt any damage on the ribbon then it could be the screen.it could be a combination of both. word of caution: if you try to open it yourself you could damage the ribbon.you wont notice it but its very easy to do.so be carefull. but if you want an expert to do it for try these guys http://www.mobilephoneservicecentre.co.uk/ good luck
