No power
Check the Mosfets on the P0981 pcb this is the pcb that has the inputs and such.. not the power Supply board. Fets are mounted to the Heatsink under this pcb, but you can get to the pins as they come up thru the pcb . T11, T7, T4, T1 These have 3 terminals Check for shorts or reading the differ from one to the next.. These are Fets so From G to D and G to S shoudl be open. D to S will read some value as there is a Diode across it.. Also If these are bad the Gate Driver IC IC 11 or IC 3 might be the cause. Mine had two shorted FETS and the IC that drove them was bad. IC is IRS20955 Found some tech reports that show this ic was updated to IRS20957 due to issues.. So I updated both mine and replaced all 4 FETS. Good luck .
I have a service manual and have removed the heatsink, I can"t seem to remove the PCB with the small ribbon cables to get the PCB out to sodder it. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hellow welcomegee I emailed the photos of my pcb as you instructed. I still cannot remove the small white ribbon cabled that connect the three PCB so I can take the middle pcb out to solder the new IC's
