i have had the same problem with mine, i tried the charger on a friends phone to make sure it was the phone, which it was, and i have had to take it back to the shop and they have had to send it off to try to repair it.i have had the same problem with mine, i tried the charger on a friends phone to make sure it was the phone, which it was, and i have had to take it back to the shop and they have had to send it off to try to repair it.

Thank God its not just me. I have had this phone for about 8 months. When i listen to music on it the sound started to go then i recently tried to charge it and nothing happened. Im not impressed! mine has same problem i think it has completely died. it seems to have no life in it at all! havent got warranty so hope it not broken.

I had the same problem, it was the pins and it eventually broke. The whole piece on the inside for charging fell out. Called Samsung and they wont touch it saying it was my fault and it is a phone from overseas. It really sucks, spends so much for a phone and then cant use it or repair it. I have ordered a external wall mount charger that I found on Ebay cross your fingers that it will work. I cant see just giving this phone up when I paid so much for it. Its your pins inside your phone that connect your charger to the phone probably bent them they are **** happend to mine and they said as they are bent its my fault lol and samsung wont repair under warranity

hi i have samsung f480 touch mobile phone .it was not charge diret charger. i use only multi charger.so ineed soiution for direct charge . service tech person said the board problem.
It sounds like you may have a battery or charging problem.
If
you use a home charger try using a car charger to see if your home
charger has become defective. Same if you use a car charger - use a
home charger.
If neither charger charges the phone:
1) Take the battery out of the phone. 2) Look on the battery and locate the connector(s) that provide power from the battery to your phone. 3) Take a pencil eraser and (gently) use it to clean these contacts. 4) Replace your battery and turn your phone on.
If this doesn't work, take your phone to your cellular provider's service center to have the battery checked.
Note:
Battery's purchased on the retail market can cost up to $50.00.
However, many batteries are sold on eBay for less than $7.00...
It could be the charger, the phone's power interface, or your battery. When you plug the phone in to charge it, does it recognize the charger and show the lightning bolt symbol for charging?
If you use your computer's USB port to charge it instead of the wall charger, does it act any differently?
i have had the same problem - try adjusting your display settings - if they are on the brightest and longest setting - go to settings and then dispaly and light setting and adjust them them - the battery life was really short (less than a day) i have changed all of my setting to a lower setting and now it lasts for days!! - really simple but it works ! :)
the usb for the psp is only for tranfering data not for charging you still have to plug the original power supply charger in when your psp is connected to your pc
my sidekick 3 wont turn on at all,, it charges but when i go to turn it on. nothing.. how can it get fixed or wat kind of profesional help could i get to fix it?
if you plug the charger in and you can see the battery bars going up and down then it is phone problem if the scrren is blank then it is either the charger but if you have a car charger aswell and both chargers worked before then it is probably the phone that has a problem check where the charger plugs in that their is nothing blocking the terminals like fluff or bit of paper check that none of the terminals are bent or coroded if you have used phone in rain they might have got coroded this can be solved by cleaning the terminals on the charging part of the phone but be carefull when you do this not to wreck any thing check the charger make sure nothing bent or blocking the charge the problem with these phone is the pins on the bottom where the charger plugs in these get damaged really easily and they can be replaced but will have to take to phone shop and get repaired hope this is some help to you....................................
