Problem with Flatron W1942S - Screen goes to Power saving Mode

Well thats seems tricky does it not come on at all when you boot the computer. If the screen is working then it should work to display the Start up screen. If it does then keep pressing Delete until the BIOS comes up- then search the pages for power saving and slect to OFF

My sister's monitor wont turn on at all. She was shutting her system down due to a storm rolling in, and it said windows shutting down installing updates, while she is shutting it down. She turned it on today and the little light came on then it went off and hasn't been on since then. The Tower works fine but the monitor isnt turning on at all. What should she do? She has had the monitor at least 2 years no more then 2 1/2 years! And it is a LG Flatron 20". HELP

I had a similar problem with an LG monitor that I resolved by connecting the analogue cable as well as the digital cable from the pc. This problem must be caused by the monitor not receiving a digital signal.

u may plzz go to start then control panel after that power option in this utility you have to change in power scheams acoording to ur own will, hope so ur problem will not remains
