Use attached disc KU990 MCHZ0040303 V1.1 to installed LG PC Suite in MS Windows XP is ok , but it can not connect the KU990 to PC through USB by running LG PC Suite.

The CD that comes in the pack is does not work on Windows Vista. if you do not have Windows Vista, try to add the LG suite into your firewall (if you have one). You do that by goin into control panel and selceting firwall. Once done that go into setting then expectaions and then add a program. hope this helps.

Your Viewty needs to be on the home screen and unlocked for the PC Suite to detect the phone. Don't know if this helps but it's why I couldn't connect first time round :)

Cant find the phone
i have installed everything that is needed to interact with the phone on my laptop and when i connext and click the connect button in lg pc suite it says its connected but when i go to sincronize it says it cant connect because of faulty COM cable connection and then again on my phone it pops up saying keylock not enabled and when i unlock it and try it again it then again says setupwizard not working whats the problem?
I am having the same problem. I have made sure the drivers are installed and when I connect the phone using USB.. the phone beebs to recognise it is connected and the computer is also picking up the phone. However when I click connection wizard on LG Suite it says "Failed to connect mobile phone to PC"
