SOURCE: CONSTANT FLASHING CF LAMP NIKON D300

Hi,

Am afraid that it is an internal hardware problem. Chances are that the electronic trigger that fires the flash has shorted out and is therefore making the flash work even with the camera off. Since this would involve electronic circuitry and components, use of a DVM and a low wattage soldering iron or even a hot air blower, perhaps your best bet would be to seek the services of a qualified professional. Often even if you can actually open the unit for a look and see of the trigger/flash module, replacement part availability would be a major concern.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Thank you for using FixYa.

SOURCE: My Nikon Coolpix 2100 Lexar starter memory card has become unreadable

It sounds like your Dazzle is not compatible with the sandisk. Maybe the Sandisk CF UltraII card have a new update software in it.

AVI files will not download or show in Windows Explorer

Use a card reader to download to a folder you create on your desktop. You need a player to open the files...I suggest Quicktime. It's a free download from Apple.

Quicktime

Hi,

You can try the following,

1) Navigate to library, it will be in your main drive.
2) Remove all files from the QuickTime*.PKG, where "*" is your version number. This tells you that those packages are not installed.
3) Click on the "download Quicktime" link. DO NOT USE THE AUTOMATIC UPDATE UTILITY. Download QuickTimeInstallerX.dmg. Double click this file (probably on your desktop) and then invoke the installer by double clicking QuickTime701.pkg.

4) Restart the computer.

Shrey
