My htc phone is frozen - HTC EVO 4G Smartphone

All you need do is to HARD RESET the phone.
1. Press down the volume up and down button
2. Briefly press the power button still holding down the volume button
3. release the volume button when the screen flash a reset instruction menu, then press volume down butoon to reset your device.

you may've attemted many times for pin.

remove phone battery and wait for 20 seconds then try to reset factory default.

my touch phone screen freeze.what is the cause?

my htc eris only boots up to the fast boot / H boot / bootloader menu. Its frozen... none of the buttons move anthing. I have to take out the battery to get it to power down.

Your phone is stuck in bootloader mode, it seems that you may need to reinstall your phone OS on your phone.

Go to the HTC site and download your phone's OS files/installer:

Follow the installer's instructions after you've downloaded the needed file.
