Message keeps popplng up about low battery and then shuts off..am i suppose to get new battery and if where..thank you

Sounds like the battery is either very very low or dead. Try plugging in the charger for a few minutes and then starting it WHILE LEAVING THE CHARGER PLUGGED IN If it works, try to charge battery without using it for 6-8 hrs. If it will not take a charge you need a new battery.

try consulting a technician about it most gadgets nowadays are easily get damaged if you already bought a new charger then most likely your kindle is the problem.

Is it saying "System Low Battery"? There is a NiMH battery pack inside that needs to be replaced roughly every 5 years. There a 2 clips at the top that have to be pushed in to release the cover, which is hinged at the bottom...you'll find the battery pack inside. You'll either have to try to get a replacement from the manufacturer, your alarm company (if you have one) or take the pack to a battery store and have them make one for you. Hope this helps...

The battery on your GPS is NOT user servicable. You should contact Garmin at www.garmin.com to inquire about getting the battery replaced.

1. clean and adjust the springs in the battery compartment
2. use the right batteries, alkaline or NiMH, etc.

Found out it was a low battery. We had charged it for several hours, but it was apparently low. It is supposed to show the low battery symbol, but it never did. We put it new AA batteries instead of the power pack and it worked just fine. Thanks
