Parts list where can i get a parts list for this unit

Likely the oil sending unit. Relatively inexpensive and easy DYI.


The parts list for the unit does not list the sending unit so you will need the engine make/model to determine the sending unit part number.

There were two different ignition units on the 435 so it is important to fit the correct unit or the timing will be out, from memory the part no. was on the unit itself, the only other way to tell is to remove the flywheel the part no of the flywheel will be stamped into the back, you then need to go to the parts list, find the relevant list that shows that particular flywheel and take the ignition unit no from that list

I am sending you this link because A) they have all the parts listed including part numbers and pictures. They are also a good source for parts and supplies. You might find one cheaper on the net tho. Also keep in mind that these transfer belt units are resettable by replacing a $5 fuse in the unit. If you have a local independant repair guy, maybe he can research this and reset your existing unit as they will usually go at least 2 cycles. I reset a dozen or more of these units per year for my customers.

I'm afraid you may be out of luck. West Bend doesn't list your model on their spare parts page, and they say if it's not listed they no longer have parts. You might try the contact link on the page to see if they can suggest an alternate part, or perhaps a dealer who might have a unit in stock.

the repair shop probably is listed in assembled units like bearing and hub unit whereas the dealer lists the parts separately, hope this helps

Go to: Searsparts.com and list the model number from the machine. The have drawings of the unit (exploded) that list all of the parts used, although on older units, some of the major components are not available any longer. Hope this helps.

You can go to manitowocfsg.com , once there you can locate the manual and parts list as well as a parts house near you to purchase the parts.

As I've recently posted a message, I've a similar unit with broken internal fan. I just placed an external fan in front of the unit and blowing front to back. With the air circulating, the unit is humming along happily and bucket fulls of water to harvest!! Don't bother fixing the fan motor, if that is the only problem, just place a small external fan instead.
