Hi, I have a panasonic TH42PX60 plasma Tv approx 2 years old I have been expeiriencing red fuzzy marks on the picture it's not great at all i have tried to adjust the colour ect but know joy had the engineer out yesterday and he doesn't even know what it is he said it will have to go in and be looked at does anyone know what it could be there, Thanks, A Hart

your tv needs to be align take it to a tech so that the tv can get a convergence adjustment it is call color bleeding.these things when a set gets old this wil cost between 440.00 TO $75.00,in this the comb filter and the screen voltage will be checked.

This might be something really simple... In a large number of DPTV310 chassis, of which this TV is, the yoke connections where put in place with black electrical tape just below the retaining rings. Job is to loosen the rings, remove the tape and push the yoke back in place and tighten down retainer.. Be careful not to throw off the tilt of the yoke. The adhesive on the tape, over time, gets hot so many time it becomes slippery and allows the yoke to fall away from it's position dulling the look of the image (or focal length) causing the problem you're describing here... It also throws off the convergence - so in attempting to converge it just looks worse. Good Luck Bill

If the Video (Picture/Pix) is gone but you can hear the Audio (sound), then it could mean the YSUS PCB Assembly is gone/kaput/finish. Can replace the PCB, not repair the PCB due to timing circuitry involve. Cost maybe roughly $500 depending where you located. The PCB is located on the left hand side of your TV when you are facing the back (Back open). Might find 3-4 brown flex membrane connecting to the plasma panel. The PCB has a silver or black aluminum heatsink (big) on it.
