I recently acquired a Microsoft Wireless Multimedia KB 1.1 model 1014 and wireless optical mouse P/NX800127 and would like a downloadable manual to view and understand all the keys functions and capabilities.

If 7 has the driver it will recognize it instantly ... if not go to iobit.com and download the driver booster program for free and use it to get the new driver for 7 that you need

if its a wireless mouse and keyboard make sure the batteries are securely seated and fully charged the battery panel should be on the underside of your mouse keyboard as would be the on off switch

click start control panel keyboard hardware make sure the right type of keyboard is selected

click start control panel keyboard hardware troubleshoot or click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager scroll to keyboard you could see a yellow question/exclamation mark ? ! or red X a new driver will need to be installed

right click to install drivers
