I've recently picked up a rio2e/tango2e card maker. I need to get a fixed IP address for the machine and will need to find the MAC address. I've been unsuccessful in finding the mac address (or static ip...

By default, the printers are set to take an assigned IP address from your DHCP server (or router) on your network. Connect it via the Ethernet port, then access the GUI for your server (or router) and check your connected devices - the MAC address for the Magicard printer will be presented there, along with the IP address that was assigned by the server (router).

Once you have the MAC address, you can then use "address reservation" features to ensure that a specific IP address is assigned to that device each time it is connected.

I have a Dell Latitude D420 Laptop It working Well But it has a broadcom netxtreem Network adapter.I cant change its Mac address. How can i Change its Mac Address (Network Address)???

The MAC address is unique to each LAN or wireless card and cannot be changed.
I presume you mean the IP address, this IP address can be fixed by you or can be automatically allocated by the router or the broadband modem to the LAN or wireless card in the computer.

I am unable to locate the MAC address for this 1710n printer after printing the config page and also after trying to look around for it through the web

To find your MAC address on the config page go to Standard Network Card then UAA (MSB, Canonical): you should have one or two sets of characters. the second set should be the MAC address to the printer. Hope this helps

How do I find or give my printer an IP address?

You have your printer set to sharing (it does not have an IP addres because it does not have network capabilities).
Printer specs:

To access it with your Mac, you have ot add the Mac to your network, then you can use the shared printer.
Read this to add the Mac to the network and share the printer:
