Try to loosen the nuts on the fuel lines going to the injectors and crank the engine till all the air bubbles are removed from the system. Don't crank the engine for longer than 30 sec at a time letting the starter cool down before cranking again.

You would think there would still be some warranty left on it, or at least some free tech help from Cat. Have you checked the rocker switch that moves it into four wheel drive - left side of dashboard. Sometimes these become faulty if used continuously. From what I have discovered with my own Cat 426 it is likely the forward reverse selector. It has electronics and contacts that will NOT allow the starter to receive any power if the contacts are open as there are safety interlocks that will not allow the machine to start.
