After many months of effortless recording just recently the recorder continually freezes. If you go into the library say to delete a program it freezes. Can you help?
Just got off the phone to TopUp TV and they knew how to sort this out.
Follow these steps
1. Turn on unit and press menu
2. choose set-up
3. then choose Help
4. On the help screen type the number 1397 on your remote - This will take you to an Engineer set-up screen.
5. Scroll down to option 7 (disable library video window) and toggle this option to "YES"
navigate back to your programs and delete the recording that was giving you the problem.

yes same here i can get on to the library but then it freezes not allowing me to do anything
yes I have same problem whenI try to delete various programmes from the library it freezes. I have to switch off to get going again. Is this a manufactuers fault and should I claim under warranty?
