I have a Panasonic Combi/microwave/oven/grill. It is about 5-6 years old. The MICROWAVE does not work, but the oven/grill are working okay. Is it worth being repaired?
I live in Tewkesbury. Many thanks

To cook with microwave only, press "Microwave/Grill/Combi", once, the screen will display "P100". Press "Microwave/Grill/Combi" to select the power level. Then press "Start/+30Sec./Confirm" to confirm and turn the dial to set cooking time. Then press "Start/+30Sec./Confirm" to start cooking on microwave only.
To switch to microwave/ grill combination cooking, choose C1 or C2 when selecting the power level.
Microwaves have fault codes to help us determine the problem. Click the link below, it will take you to the Panasonic Combi Microwave site. Look at the manual closely. Either the fuses are blown or the microprocessor board is fried. Good Luck and be careful! Safety first! Commercial Microwave Ovens Large Microwave Commercial Kitchen Appliances...
NN-ct559w set on combi micro/ grill function , micro low , grill 1 but grill didnt come one, tried grill on own again no grill . Can thiis be repaired?
If
the digital programmer circuit / controller does not get a feedback
signal from the inverter for a period of 3 seconds, the controller will
stop the cook cycle.
Due to the lethal voltages used and produced, I do not recommend that an inexperienced person work on these inverter-based models.
The
first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a
minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.
Let us know if the hard reset does not fix it.
If it stops at 16 seconds and is a sensor model, it probably has a defective humidity sensor.
If
it stops after 22 seconds, that means the controller has detected a
problem, usually a problem with the inverter or a bad magnetron.
If you do indeed have a problem, Since
it's less than one year old, it should be fully covered under warranty.
I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer to get it fixed free.
