Below is the web site of one of our sponsors.
I'm pretty sure you can buy it online from them and have them mail or ship it to you. So tell them you pay the shipping.
Give them a try.
Let me know that you are successful
If not I'll find someone who will ship to you. If you have the part number it may help me search if these
people will not ship to you.

GE XL44 Gas Stove and Oven. Everything works normal except the oven which stopped working suddenly (no flame). Couldn't find the manual to check troubleshooting guide.

The oven uses a silicone carbide ignitor which requires 3.6 amps or better to open the gas safety valve.
If you don't see any glow from it then it is either blown or the gas valve has gone bad. If it is glowing but not real bright it probably is weak.

I have a GE Spectra XL44, model #JGBP40BEC4WH gas oven. The 4 burners on top work but the oven will not. I replaced the oven safety valve (dual type 1), thinking that it was stuck and not directing gas to...

Most likely, you're oven igniter is not getting hot enough to open the gas valve to ignite the burner. It glows like normal, but does not reach the temperature required to open the gas valve. Replace the igniter. Before you replace that, make sure that the small shutoff lever on the appliance regulator was not accidentally closed, which would turn off the gas to the oven, while still allowing gas to the stovetop. The silver lever should be sticking straight out or up. Douglas

Oven will not start Spectra XL44,Model# JGBP28TED2WW. I already replaced igniter. Thanks Brian

HI. This will be the fault of a failed dual oven safety control valve. This is a new type of valve control device, that dose not rely on a coil controlled assembly. This control valve is damaged, thus, causing the issues you are experiencing. This mechanical failure will require you to replace this control valve, asap.

Part number will be WB19K14

Replaced gas safety valve, burner flame now too hot

Take a 1/2 inch open end wrench and tighten the orifice on top of the safety valve.Probably about 2 turns. Then adjust the air shutter to mostly open.

MISSING PART OF MY XL44 OVEN

You might try http://www.appliance-parts.com/customers/index.htm which is the CE Sundberg Co. Looks like you are after a WB19K14 which they currently have 4 on hand at their main office in Chicago, plus several at some of their other branches. There is a tab on the web site for persons interested in obtaining parts for export. Hope this helps.

Oven problem.

Only 81/2!! most are only expected to give you 5 good yrs anything else is extras. Your problem may be a defective gas valve (safety valve). Also it may be a defective ignitor - the more likely to go bad (if replacing stuff replace ignitor before safety valve. is there a glowing in the oven? does the flames come on any at all?
