How can I retrieve my master reset password for my Moto V3

My phone will not recieve a signal and I would like to reset. How can I retrieve the forgotten master reset password. HELP. Thanks

Moto v3c
This is an easy fix. First go to the menu then settings, Initial Setup, Master Reset. It will then ask for a security code. The code is 000000 (six zeros). It will ask if you want to reset your phone. Hit yes.

its seems you have no network or signal. try resetting to its orig settings. if still no signal. then you have a hardware prob. have it repaired to a technician..
