We can able to send the faxes with out PC.Driver support required when we chooses PC faxing only. Go to Printers and Faxes and right click on the HP OfficeJet 4110 printer,click on Properties then click on Print Test Page. If the Test pageprints correctly then the printer driver is installed correctly.
