Setup the wrong language during the initial setup process. Device will not let me go back and correct the issue. Need to know how to redo the language selection part of the setup mode. The device is no good in this condition since I am unable to read the remaining setup prompts due to not being able to read the correct instructions in english!!!

If your tablet is not proceeding to the next page after selecting the language during the initial setup, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Restart your tablet by holding down the power button until it turns off, and then turn it back on again.
2. Check if the screen is responsive by tapping on other areas of the screen.
3. If the screen is unresponsive, try cleaning the screen with a soft cloth or restarting the device.

I'm not sure of your model but if you go back into the initial setup program of the TV, you should be stepped through the process for setting the language and also automatically detecting the channels. You TV manual will have the procedure for re-running that initial setup. If you don't have the manual handy, go to the manufacturer's website - they'll probably have an electronic copy you can read online.

The language settings are only shown on the initial setup display when the Kindle is first activated as advised in the Kindle Support web site.

You may have to do a full reset of your Kindle to try to get back to the initial display to change language settings - try pressing and holding the power switch for 20 seconds to perform a reset.

To enter initial setup you can refer setup simbol with gear pict. On top menu of setup (gear) press enter again. Follow the instructions. Or you can read my post here. That the same way but for deferent problem. Good luck.

Incorrect language appears on the display

These are possible solutions. Try one of the following:

Change the language selection during initial setup

After you select a language, Language appears again on the display. To change the selection:

1 Press or repeatedly until the language you want appears on the display.

2 Press to save.

Select a different language after initial setup

1 From the control panel, press or repeatedly to choose Setup.

2 Press .

3 Press or repeatedly to choose Change Printer Default Settings.

4 Press .

5 Press or repeatedly to choose Language.

6 Press .

7 Press or repeatedly until the language you want appears on the display.

8 Press to save and exit.
Note: If you cannot understand the language on the display, see "Resetting the printer to factory default settings" on page 57.

Select a different language after initial setup

1 From the control panel, press Settings.

2 Press left or right arrow repeatedly until Device Setup appears.

3 Press tick.

4 Press left or right arrow repeatedly until Language appears.

5 Press tick.

6 Press left or right arrow repeatedly until the language you want appears on the display.

7 Press tick.

8 Press left or right arrow until Yes appears.
9 Press to save.

The language can be changed during system setup as follows:

• Remove the battery cover on the back of the Palm Centro
• Remove the battery for a few minutes
• Reinsert the battery (the setup process will start up)
• When the setup process asks for a language, choose English

Press the MENU button. Use left/right to select the Setup tab. Use up/down to select the fourteenth item on this menu.

Unfortunatly I think your best solution would be to redo the setup.

If you have to reinstall the OS or whatever with the recovery cd and this way you will be able to redo the password.

If this is software you are talking about just uninstall it and reinstall it.
