SOURCE: I want to know what type of DC charger it uses.

Hi i am vortash just see how many batteries it uses .. each one will be 1.5 volts and add them up 2= 3volts etc then that is the voltage DC adapter you want then it just comes down to finding the right plug .They usually have a rubber cap over the dc input and it is usually a 1.5mm power plug ( looks like a tube with a hole in the center.) or sometimes a jack plug ..it should actually tell you in your manual if you do not have one you may be able to download one from this site free http://www.safemanuals.com hope this helps Regards Vortash

Canon zr 200 camcorder won't turn on unless plug into electrical outlet.

Hi, Please charge your battery ( with camcoder Off) for at least 1 hour. Then unplug your charger and turn On your camcoder. If it can not turn on, it is apparently you have flat battery and need replacement.

I took video on my Canon dc130. I have viewed it several times on camera but now when I put the dvd in the camera the video is gone. Other video taken on same disc still there just not the most recent....

Camcoder has no battery and no electric plug charger. Cant open it to put the casset in

Go to Radio Shack and buy AC-To-DC power adapter($18.99) and make sure to pick up the Adaptaplug "B" which is free. The power adapter has multiple settings, but this cam uses 6 volts.
I just picked these up for my old PROV730 that I'm repurposing as a baby monitor.

This happens alot at work its either the charging part is broke or its the mainboard inspect the port for damage if its ok then inspect the ac adapter for damage as well, if you have time you could go to best buy and ask to use a charger from a floor model if it doesnt work then it needs to go in for repair sorry.
