Then you need to replace the coil as it is internally faulty.

First let me say I don't know of an aftermarket coil made for this blower.

Disconnect the kill terminal of coil and see if it is generating a spark. There could be a short the wiring if it is now generating a spark. Also make sure coil has a good electrical ground to the cylinder. If coil is not generating a spark with kill wire off and the coil to cylinder ground is good then coil is most likely bad.

The blower has to have a kill wire / switch. If you are getting spark to the plug I would suspect another issue. Make sure you have the proper plug.

I checked the manuals on your vehicle, and it looks like your blower and PCM are right next to each other. I would check them and look for any obvious signs of an issue first.

Blower motor resister allows the blower motor to function at lower speeds the resistor reduces airflow through the vents via wire coils. Resistor has coils which with thinner coils respond to higher air settings, Thicker coils respond to lower air settings.

remove the small wires from it and spin the engine over if still no spark the coil is bad

a bussiness card thickness, slide it between flywheel and coil, the rotate till magnets catches coil the tighten up

The contactor or relay that turns the coils on has burnt the contacts closed....therefore the contacts are not releasing and shutting down the coils...

A rap to the side of the furnace may knock them loose but they will need to be replaced...

You can also shut them down by turning off the power to the furnace at the breaker.

assuming you are talking about the FRONT blower...

have you checked the front 30A HVAC fuse under the hood?

Check your filter, indoor coil and blower wheel to see if they are dirty, if they are they need to be cleaned, if not then you are probably low on refrigerant or Blower speed to low. If the blower doesn’t run when you turn the switch to on then you need to check the blower out, especially the capacitor.
