I ran the self-clean mode this morning. After it finished this process, I preheated the oven to do some baking, and now the oven won't heat at all.

I don't have a suggestion, but I do have the same problem. My wife ran the self clean and now neither the bake or the broil function. All other electronics work fine.

I am going to assume that you selected bake as you normally would and there are no faults (error code) reported. - this would mean there would not be a problem with the controller or the temperature sensor. The problem may be with only the bake circuit - so try the broil function - If the broil works then you may have a problem with the bake element or the connections to it or the relay on the controller - check the connections first then the element - If the broil does not work also then you may have a problem with the relay on the controller or the connection of the other leg of the 220v supply.

Make a check or have someone check it and wrte me back a post here
Regards

I hit the bake button on my oven and after 10 secs it says preheat and thats all that happens nothing else no heat at all

Hello,
Your oven will continue to indicate that it is preheat mode until the thermostat senses the proper set temperature. If you are getting no heat then you will need to address that issue. This could be many things but the most notorious would be the heating element. Could be the control panel as well. Some ovens have a knob for preheat, bake and clean with a separate knob to adjust the temperature. Make sure both are set properly.

Error code E2F3 indicates oven overheating, i.e. sensor is not cutting off heat. Replace the sensor, about $75 online. If you have done this more than twice, or if oven is acting strangely (for instance, broiler comes on during "bake" preheat), replace control board OEM part #8302994, about $170.

Self cleaning

Sometimes, according to what I've seen.  My theory is that the elements are probably covered in grime and this causes the damage.  As far as the control...I don't think that makes sense.
Never use cleaner on the elements..also causes damage.
A typical duty cycle for cleaning is 2- 2.5 hours.  Longer and you could burn them up, too.

Thermador double oven / Bake wont work /FC code flashed once

I found I have this exact problem. Same bake preheat issue: I can bake if I set broil first. However, the oven doesn't work if I press bake first. The control board has already been replaced a couple times over the years. Is this another replacement??
