How do i charge my craig mp3 touch

get a charger for it

please help my mp3 player will not charg and witch way is on and witch way is off

because you need to charge it for ten hours the first time.

my mp4 is not show in computer

this happened to me wen i first got mine, so what in the manual the mp3 will need at 4 hours at first to be charged fully, when u charge it flip the on/off switch ON, n let it sit as long as you can. thats the only way it will charge, the reason why it keeps turning off is becuz its on low battery

Hi, i think the charging port of your mp3 player is bad, try to give it to a technician to help you fix the charging port.

left craig mp3/video player model cmp616f on while disconnected from computer over night. connected to computer next day seen hour glaas 2 or 3 seconds then craig blue screen . it connected to computer and stated charging again seems to have reset its noon now dec 28 2009 ill post again results when fully charged and try to use.

Got same problem with this thing. Best suggestion, remove headphones, place MP3 player in trash, tell everyone you know not to by a Craig. Hopefully they will go out of business soon.

Just by having your Mp3 player plugged in your computer charges automatically

u have to plug the usb cord into the computer with the computer on an then it has to be in the mp3 screen then it charges
