How to reset rangemax wireless-n 150 router?

its pretty easy, log in and go to admin tab

if you don't know the username and password to start the hold in the reset buttons until all the lights flash at the same time a couple times and then let go.

now the username and password are admin and password and you have lost all settings that were in your router such as wireless SSID and password, port forwarding, and static ip's... should have mentioned that 1st ;}~

I had the same problem and had to call sky people and they fixed it. I think you might need to call your internet provider to resolve that issue.

To RESET the Netgear, power up the Netgear then press andhold the RESET button at the back of the router until all the LEDs flash.Connect a LAN cable from the Netgear to the LAN port on yourcomputer, open a browser and enter the Netgear configuration URL -
http://192.168.0.1
The default login = admin
The default PW = passwordYou can now change the default admin password and configurethe wireless settings.
Go to the wireless configuration and set up the SSID and WPA or WPA2encryption.
Apply these settings to the wireless card in your laptop/computer.

I think you should check the wireless settings of the router netgear router and the iPad .
Do you have any other wireless computer or device in the network?
Can you connect any other computer or device to the wireless network?

If your wireless network is secured then make sure that you have the correct network key.

I would do a factory reset by pressing down the reset button on the back of the router with a pen or paper clip for 30 seconds. The reset procedure is on page 4 of the manual if you would like to see a picture.
Then use the manual located here and follow the instructions on page 8 to set it up:

You can do a hard reset by plugging it in, locating the small hole on the bottom or side with possiblitly the words reset next to it. Insert a pin for about 10-20 seconds and the device should revert to the default settings.

You can then set up a SSID and password.

check if you have wireless WPA key enable, change in every 15 days the password, normaly you have open connection to all neighbours who like to use your internet connection. and you pay the bill.

well if you forgot the username and password then reset the router for 20-30 secs pushing the reset button. powercycle the router for 10 secs. then open the router page>
-- http://192.168.1.1 or http://www.routerlogin.com or http://10.0.0.1
-- username and password is " admin" and "password"
-- Left side click on Setup Wizard
-- Apply basic settings
-- go to wireless settings
-- change ur wireless settings according to ur need
-- and apply all the settings.
