Setup new account for Gmail.com - Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Edition for PC

You need to setup the office (Outlook) email accounts again. Try looking at these (Windows & Mac, respectively).

Goto http://gmail.com.
And create a new account. Be sure to setup the 2 step verification system to ensure nobody can hack your account.

Click on the "Sign up for Gmail" link, located in the lower right-hand side of the screen.
An account setup page will open.

Fill out your username, password and city in the appropriate fields.

A message confirming that your account has been created will appear.

You can now log in to your account and receive email.

Probably the best and easiest solution is to set up email forwarding from your old account to your new account.
If not, you will need to basically download all your email from your old account and upload it to your new account. This will require some type of desktop email client and quite a bit of setup.

If you're not interested in moving your old email then you could just delete the old account.
