It will move but i hold the peddle down and it will move slow then let off and down again it move a little faster but slower than it should like half speed will not go up hill unless you just hold it down and it will slowly take off slow i changed the belt and did the purge thing but the same out come 300 hours thanks for any help

On my 724 I adjusted the cable below the lever on the left side,just loosen the 2 nuts and bring the cable either up or down ,cant remember, I had to fool with it a bit to get where I wanted it, have the blower running and in neutral while adjusting and keep trying her in forward and reverse at full throttle to see after you adjust it, I found that if shes faster in reverse when adjusted she slowed down a bit in forward but keep playing with adjustment till I got it where I wanted it, you have to slow it down going and blowing a lot of snow anyway so didnt mind it a little slower in forward but nice to have it faster in reverse
To make the arms move faster, remove all the batteries and the batteries on the remote control. Buy brand new batteries and insert them in. Turn buzz to TRY ME on his back. Stand him up and turn him OFF for 5 seconds. Then turn him to PLAY and the arm will move faster.
Check the gearbox oil level on the gearbox dip stick if its too low it can cause problems .If the level is ok then check its colour,it should be red if not it will need to be drained and refilled with the correct oil.
If you mean a 100 mph, then that is perfectly normal. They are making engines with governors inside so a person cant try to outrun the police. Mine will get up to 100 and lose all engine power till the speed drops back down to 97. Then the engine kicks back in again.
Check your air filter. The old saying. Air, spark , and fuel.
i have a new filter a new set of plugs and new fuel still have the problem
