My Emerson 42 inch lc tv came with a remote with zoom-in button i used it then lost remote and cant find a replacement remote that has the zoom option i tried the menu buttons on the tv itself but no luck can some one point me in the right direction on how to fix my zoom problem or direct me to a replacement remote site for this tv or store
Peel Remote choose Emerson "Did TV Turn On?" Select no twice then yes. U will see Aspect button

I succeeded is using the DirectTV remote control for the Emerson 42" plasma TV, by using a Samsung code. On my TV, was 10060. If this one does not work, there are a bunch of others that might work. Good luck

Try the Samsung codes that are in the manual for the remote. The Emerson is a rebadge of a Samsung. My Dish remote worked poorly with the Emerson codes but the first Samsung code I tried worked beautifully! :)

Use the Picture, Zoom, or Aspect button on the TV remote to cycle through the available screen sizes. You may also be able to set screen size in a Setup-Picture (or Video) menu.
