* Turn the projector ON, and press the MENU button to display the on-screen Menu. Select the 'setting' menu with point UP/DN button. Press '>' button to acess sub menu items.
* Select the Lamp Counter reset and press the OK or '>' button. "Lamp replacement counter reset?" will appear. Select "Yes" and then press OK or ">" button
8 Another confirmation dialogue box appears, and select "Yes" to reset lamp replacement counte.

** Do not reset the lamp replacement counter without implementing lamp replacement. Be sure to reset the lamp replacement counter only after replacing the lamp.

I Have a Sanyo PROxtrax multiverse Projector Model # PLC-XP57L and it says to change the Lamp. I have put two different lamps in it and it doesn't Light and the replace lamp light comes on. I do ger 32 VAC...

You will have to reset the lamp timer as well

reset the lamp timer. if the fans won't start up either, you may have a power supply issue.

When the power is turned on, the lens cover shuts and the change lamp indicator light comes on. I changed the lamp and the same thing happens. The new lamp could be no good, or can it be something else?

or you didn't reset the lamp timer.

remove the lamp door on the bottom, remove the lamp (2 or 3 screws), replace with new lamp, replace door, reset lamp timer (menu-settings-reset lamp timer-yes).

Sanyo Pro XtraX Remote Code

You may have reassigned the projector/remote control codes. If you still have your User's Manual, reference page 38 and there are instructions on how to reset the codes.

If you don't have the User Manual, it can be downloaded at http://sanyoservice.com/pdf/images/PLVZ4(OM5110749-00).pdf
