Well there are no user manual on internet for your keyboard, anyway the shortcut keys are not shown on any keyboard manuals, the shortcut keys are depends upon the operating system you are using.

Media keys are reprogrammable. Use the CD that came with the keyboard and refer to the user manual for instructions.

You may also contact the tech support for your keyboard to assist you.

multimedia are basically the surrounding buttons on the keyboard...those other than the qwerty standard. They're usually internet shortcuts and desktop shortcuts.

usually to use the extra shortcut keys you have to load on some software, from microsoft's website or from the disk that came with the keyboard, without it, the keyboard will only work in a basic manner

only 2 will glow 1 and f on mine a never comes on

Find your product on this page.. there are several drivers listed but since I do not know which OS you are using I can not be more specific

I had this problem today with a new Microsoft keyboard. The Alt + Print Screen did not produce an image when pasted in Word.

We found that "F LOCK" button needed to be cancelled and this useful facility now works!!
