Remove the cover and find the fuse on the floor of the device near where the power cord comes in. Check it with a ohm meter or other continuity checker. Replace with the same type and amp rating. Find replacement at any full service ace or other fine hardware store or home center.

YOU HAVE TO REPLACE THE MICA SHEET. YOU CAN CONTACT ANY SHARP AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER NEAR YOUR PLACE. IT IS DIFFICULT TO GET OUTSIDE.

The main controller board, or one of the power supplies has failed and require to be replaced.

You should take the microwave oven in for an estimate. I strongly suggest to not service this type of appliance yourself unless you are trained and experienced in microwave oven service.

There are many safety issues when servicing microwave ovens.

The usual cause is the tray motor assembly, or the power supply that feeds it. These parts are available from the parts rep for Panasonic. Contact Panasonic for details.

There are serious safety issues when servicing microwave ovens. I suggest to have the oven professionaly serviced by an experienced service tech for these products.

This appliance still under warranty, I would suggest to call the manufacturer and ask them for the nearest authorized service center.
Make sure you have the receipt where and when you bough it.

What brand of microwave do you have. If its just a light, and you are a handyman good with tools, then I suggest you do it your self. Unplug the microwave from its power point. Open it up and remove the light bulb. Go to a Electrical store and get it as per the one you have removed. Each microwave has a different lamp. Fix it back and there you go.

In most cases, this is a problem with the inverter or a bad magnetron.

Due to the lethal voltages used and produced, I do not recommend that an inexperienced person work on these.
